At REIGN Clean Products for Curly Crowns, we are not currently able to accept returns for change of mind. Keeping our prices accessible is part of why we made this choice.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at contact@reigncurls.com. We will send a replacement or a refund once we have confirmed the issue.

We are not able to offer exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect at this time.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to make changes to it. If something is wrong with your order, please email us right away at contact@reigncurls.com and we will do everything we can before it ships.
