If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days of receiving it and we will send a replacement or a refund. Every product leaves us inspected and packed with care, and we want to make it right if something goes wrong.

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of payment. Shipping is always free within the United States, the only place we ship right now, and orders go out via USPS or UPS, usually arriving in 3 to 7 days. You will get a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes. REIGN is specifically formulated for children with curly and wavy hair. Every product is free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, silicones, and synthetic fragrance. REIGN is Leaping Bunny Certified cruelty free.

REIGN products are formulated for children with Type 2 through Type 4 curl textures. Wash Day Essentials and The Full Crown Set are best suited to Type 2 and Type 3 curl textures with thinner to medium weight hair. We are expanding the line to serve Type 3C through Type 4 hair as well.

Shampoo Dreams: apply to wet hair, massage into the scalp, and work through to the ends. Formulated with Argan Oil, Hemp Oil, and Rice Protein. Conditioning Clouds: apply generously to damp hair after shampooing. Formulated with Argan Oil, Hemp Oil, Korean Ginseng, and Ginkgo Biloba. Magical Leave In Cream: apply to damp or dry hair to define curls and lock in moisture. Formulated with Silk Protein, Jojoba Oil, and Aloe Vera.

Every child's skin is different, so we recommend a small patch test before using any new product for the first time.
